    Key Responsibilities


    1. Convincing clients for a meeting and site visits of the undergoing projects through Tele-calling, Emails and Off-site meetings.

    3. Create customized Investment Proposals to cater to clients needs and requirement.
    4. Close deals to achieve monthly targets.

    Qualification/Skills


    1. He / She should be a graduate from a reputed Universities in India. Post Graduation degree will be an added advantage.
    2. 0-3 years of experience as a Real Estate professional and well acquainted with localities and Landmarks in Gurgaon and Delhi (NCR) area.
    3. Should be highly professional, well groomed and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Should be confident and have good negotiation skills.

    3.Doing the primary research of the market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
    4.Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects.
    5.Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers.
    6.Helping the customers for documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
    7.Responsible for selling Real Estate in Commercial and Residential Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM's & BDE's
    8.Maintaining Strong Relationship with Developers, Real estate corporates, third party Channels, New Existing Clients
    9.Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generating with the support from marketing team through various digital Campaigns
    10.Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share
