Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales employees to achieve sales targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored property solutions.
  3. Coordinate with developers and project teams for the latest updates on available properties.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  5. Ensure the team is well-informed about new projects, investment trends, and sales strategies.
  6. Monitor and track sales progress, ensuring timely closure of deals.
  7. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  8. Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role in a brokerage firm.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of the real estate market, preferably in locality of Gurgaon
  • Experience in working with luxury, commercial, or residential properties
