Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales employees to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored property solutions.
- Coordinate with developers and project teams for the latest updates on available
properties.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Ensure the team is well-informed about new projects, investment trends, and sales
strategies.
- Monitor and track sales progress, ensuring timely closure of deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role in a brokerage
firm.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of the real estate market, preferably in locality of Gurgaon
- Experience in working with luxury, commercial, or residential properties
